A. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation of your order can only be requested before the shipment is done.
- Cancellation is not possible in the case of any services like membership fees or workshop registrations (referred to collectively as “Services”).
- If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel has not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team at jukebox@atharvanworld.com or call us on +91 8850051118 (timings mentioned in T&C) with the reason for cancellation.
- In such cases, the order will be canceled, and the money, for pre-paid orders, will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
- In addition, we also provide the hassle-free option of a refund through Atharvan coupons, which can be used during future purchases.
- Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
B. Return and Replacement Policy
Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request a return with replacement.
- Atharvan has an ‘Easy replacement policy’, only in case of any quality issues like expired or damaged products defined further in this document.
- Returns or Replacements are not possible in the case of any “services”.
- You can raise an exchange request for a product within 5 days of its delivery.
- We also accept partial replacements wherein you can raise a request for one or all products in your order.
- Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (jukebox@atharvanworld.com) within 5 business days of receiving the order.
- Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to replace your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
- Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
- Replacement is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we are happy to provide a coupon of the same value for your will refund you the full amount.
- Replacements will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
- Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
- Serial Number is tampered with.
- Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
- Product is used or altered
- If the request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery
- Free product provided by the brand
Categories not eligible for Return:
- Personal care accessories (like Yog mats) cannot be returned due to hygiene issues
- Products on sale cannot be replaced, unless damage or quality issue.
C. Replacement for Defective item/wrong product
Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request a replacement.
If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent the wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your replacement within 5 days of receiving the order:
- Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (jukebox@atharvanworld.com) within 3 working days of receiving the order.
- Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to replace the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product with packaging (as received) and the invoice for our reference.
- Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
Note: Replacement is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we are happy to provide a coupon of the same value for your will refund you the full amount.
D. Other Situations
- The free gift also is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product, even when you are ordering replacements.
- Partial order replacement – A replacement can be created at the item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate replacement for any individual item. However, any product being sent for replacement needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.
- Replacement Timelines: We will process the replacement order once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse. Based on the availability of stock, and the absence of product damage mentioned in point B.5, we will release the replacement order within 3-5 working days.
- In case of availability issues, we provide Atharvan coupons, which can be used during future purchases.
- We don’t provide a refund if there is any defective item/ wrong product then there will be a replacement.
